Lois Bayliss is one of very few solicitors in England to provide a voice to those who have felt silenced, helpless and left without hope throughout the period of the so called ‘pandemic’ which has affected all of our lives since 2019.
She has worked throughout this period on a pro bono basis, as she sees the provision of solutions to the situation we find ourselves in as humanitarian in nature and does not want to profit in any way from such a situation on moral and ethical grounds. This stance, along with her robust approach to her activities and an unwavering determination, has set her apart, in relation to her professional position as a solicitor.
In December 2021, she was also one of four individuals who attended a Metropolitan Police station in London, in order to report and hand over evidence relation to matters arising in relation to the Covid response by the British Government.
In February 2022, her Law Firm, Broad Yorkshire Law, provided three letters for issue to schools, vaccine centres and GP surgeries, in order to advise of the adverse issues and potential harms which may arise as a result of the administration of SARS-Cov-2 injections. She specifically asked those institutions to cease injections on the basis that children/adults were unable to give informed consent.
Over the course of the last 18 months, approx, she has acted for families in several high court cases and appeals, consistently and persistently placing data before judges and other lawyers. Not one of those for whom Lois has acted has yet been vaccinated. Her actions are considered by doctors with whom we are familiar, to have been lifesaving in nature.
In the case of court actions referred to, Lois has considered it vital to get the appalling injection adverse impact data on court record, although she has found that the courts are invariably choosing to ignore and disregard it. She is hoping that some day those who ‘had’ the data and the legal mind to consider it will be held accountable for their said ignorance.
In February 2022, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) intervened, after claiming they had received a number of complaints about the actions taken by Lois - we do not have any further information about these complaints, as despite several requests for disclosure, the SRA have not provided anything by way of clarity or expansion.
On 30.11.22 the SRA served a ‘Notice’ on Lois, which contained within it a proposal to place the matters under investigation into the hands of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
Allegations cited in the ‘Notice’ relate fundamentally to the stance she has in challenging the Government policy relating to their handling of SARS-Cov-2 together with the SARS-Cov-2 injections, masking and testing.
